About Me

I am a writer, filmmaker and storyteller

 I love to share people’s stories through multimedia, be it photography, film or pen to paper. From a young age I always loved to transcribe what I was seeing out in the world to words. Having been to more countries by the time I was ten than most people have been in their lifetimes, I saw just how many fascinating facets of the world there truly are and how every person has a story to tell. In highschool I took part in a documentary film program called AIM, Academy for Integrated Humanities and New Media, where I learned about the beautiful medium of documentary and how that too was a beautiful tool for sharing people’s stories. That followed me to college where I studied journalism. During my four years I reported on a number of stories in a number of different mediums, each exposing me to the varied and beautiful ways in which a story can be told. I graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 with a Bachelors in Journalism. As part of my thesis senior year I made a documentary on the emerging field of psychedelic therapy in the United States and that truly challenged me and ignited my passion for storytelling further. Since graduating I’ve worked in a number of different positions and while each vary greatly all have pointed me towards a continued passion to learn about people from all walks of life and share their stories in a way that captures the soul.
